Hotel Housekeeping
As a Housekeeper with Emerald Valley you’ll interact and engage with residents while in their apartments and throughout the community. You play a key role in creating a well‑maintained atmosphere of dignity and respect for our residents and guests by ensuring apartments and common areas are clean, safe, and inviting.
Qualifications- Preferred experience at hotels, country clubs or other similar high‑end senior living communities
- Desire to work with seniors
- Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
- Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
- Sufficient mobility and strength to move freely through the building and to assist transfer or otherwise move residents of facility
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
- Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills
- Ability to detect odors and see spots and spills
- Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
- Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident apartments and common areas daily
- Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels and maintains a stocked cleaning cart
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$17.00 - $19.00/hour (depending on experience)
