Core Spaces is seeking a Porter to work on-site, performing groundskeeping and upkeep of the property. Responsibilities include removing trash, prepping for pickup, mopping and daily cleaning, and maintaining exterior curb appeal.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of maintenance experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and handle basic computer tasks. This full-time role requires on-site availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
