The Porter helps maintain the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and operational readiness of the community through daily cleaning, groundskeeping, trash management, and property presentation responsibilities. Working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this role supports a positive resident experience by maintaining common areas, amenities, exterior spaces, and other assigned locations while assisting with move-ins, move-outs, turn, inspections, and resident events. The Porter identifies routine cleanliness and safety concerns, resolves issues within the scope of the role, and communicates items requiring additional attention.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt individual contributor position.

Property Maintenance & Groundskeeping

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the community by completing daily cleaning, groundskeeping, trash management, and property presentation responsibilities across exterior areas, common spaces, amenities, and other assigned locations.
• Perform routine cleaning, trash removal, recycling, and waste-management activities, including collecting and transporting refuse, maintaining trash rooms, dumpsters, compactors, and loading areas, and supporting timely vendor and hauler service.
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned areas to identify and address cleanliness, safety, landscape, pest, lighting, and property-presentation concerns, resolving issues within scope and escalating items requiring additional attention.
