Landfill General Labor Position

Leadpoint Business Services has landfill general labor positions available for hire at our location in Arlington, TX. These labor positions work as a quality control employee outside a recycling center. In this labor job, you hand-sort recyclable materials. This is a full-time, permanent labor position doing work that helps the environment and protects the planet. You'll have the chance to start right away and move up over time.

This position does not require a resume, a candidate's ability to follow directions and the results of the realistic job preview will determine if we consider moving forward in candidacy for a future or present full-time position. Our candidate selection process is based on specific criteria to foster a positive and efficient workforce that aligns with Leadpoint's culture.

Full-time job and weekly pay. Overtime and incentive pay may be available. Health, dental, vision benefits & more after 60 days of employment. You'll have opportunities to stay and move up the ladder. Pay rate $16.50/hour. AM Shifts Available;
Mon-Fri; 8am-4:30pm.

Identify recyclables and sort into appropriate bins. Lift up to 50 pounds. Keep your work area clean. Follow safety rules. Stand at a work station during your shift. Remove items from the conveyor belt.

Are at least 18 years of age or older. Attention to detail. Able to work assigned schedule. Ability to follow instruction. Complete required screening essential to the position.
