Evening Janitor

Part-Time Evening Custodian

ESS Clean is looking for a dependable Part-Time Evening Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at a local educational facility in Eureka. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys an active job, and is looking for a consistent weekday evening schedule.

You'll be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and ready for the next day. Duties may include:

• Cleaning classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Emptying trash and recycling
• Cleaning entryways, glass, and frequently touched surfaces
• Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies
• Following established cleaning procedures and schedules
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns

We're looking for someone who is:

• Dependable and committed to consistent attendance
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to stay active throughout the shift
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willing to follow safety procedures and cleaning guidelines

Previous cleaning or custodial experience is a plus, but it's not required. Training is provided!
