ESS Clean Evening Cleaner Position

ESS Clean, Inc. is hiring an Evening Cleaner to join our team at an educational site in Eureka, Illinois. Looking for a part-time job that works around classes or other daytime commitments? This position offers a consistent evening schedule, about 20 hours each week, and a workday that still ends by 9:30 PM.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM–9:30 PM

Hours:

Approximately 20 hours per week

This is a busy college environment with high expectations for cleanliness, so we're looking for someone who is dependable, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in doing the job well.

• Clean classrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas
• Keep assigned areas clean and ready for students, staff, and visitors
• Follow site cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Let your supervisor know when supplies are needed or something needs attention

No professional cleaning experience is required — we'll train you. We're looking for someone who:

• Can consistently work Monday through Friday from 5:30–9:30 PM
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work
• Notices the details and takes pride in their work
• Can work independently and stay on task
• Is comfortable being active throughout the shift
• Communicates when they have a question or need help
