A company in the Healthcare & Wellness space is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support their AP team during a surge in workload. This position is fully remote after completion of on-site training.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, handle routine AP tasks with accuracy, and support the finance team with a variety of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into the company’s Accounts Payable platform with accuracy and attention to detail
• Record event revenue using platform-generated reports
• Contact vendors to request payment receipts for credit card reconciliation
• Import and organize receipts into the company’s credit card management system
• Support the AP team with relevant tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Prior Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills and accuracy
• Comfortable making professional phone calls to vendors
• Able to learn new accounting platforms quickly
• Organized, dependable, and available to start quickly
