We have partnered with a rapidly growing REIT in the Northern Chicago suburbs looking to build out their fund accounting function.
Job Description- Support Property Accounting team with set all aspects related to newly acquired properties
- Oversee and review financial statements at the property level
- Review fixed assets and payables + receivables balances
- Reconcile parent company cash, investment, and equity accounts
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of experience accounting in Real Estate or Financial Services
