A technically-minded event production leader with deep expertise in A/V systems, live event operations, and creative design. You are equally comfortable running a production room, briefing a client on facility capabilities, and building motion graphics for an upcoming event. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and take pride in being the person others rely on when the lights go up and the puck drops.
Your leadership ensures every event at Black hawks Ice Center is executed flawlessly — from the scoreboard to the sound system to the screen.
The Manager, Scoreboard Operations will serve as the dedicated technical authority for all A/V, production, and creative needs at Black hawks Ice Center. This is a newly created, critical role built to bring consistency, confidence, and excellence to every event in the building. With the recent expansion, BIC now features a center-hung video board and ribbon boards in USG Arena, LED lighting, a full audio mixing suite, broadcast junction boxes, 20+ Brightsign-powered televisions, and more.
You will own all of it — from staffing and executing production crews to meeting with clients and supporting Chicago Steel game days. Additionally, you will bring much-needed graphic design, video, and motion graphics capability to support BIC programming, arena marketing, and event promotion.
