PositionSummary
The Event Staff team delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests attending events at Ryan Field. Team members assist with guest way finding, access control, crowd management, and event support while serving as ambassadors for the venue.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 - $21.00
Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until November 6, 2026.
About The VenueThe new Ryan Field will create a world-class home for Northwestern University Athletics and a best-in-the-nation football experience for fans and players and be a year-round asset for the community.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Verify tickets and assist guests with locating seats and venue amenities.
- Monitor assigned areas and report safety concerns.
- Provide directions and information regarding concessions, restrooms, parking, and stadium policies.
- Assist with crowd management before, during, and after events.
- Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns.
- Support emergency procedures as directed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
