Sr. Architect Position
A mid-sized architecture firm in Evanston is looking to add a Sr. Architect to their team! This firm primarily focuses on interior build-outs and renovations of existing structures. Travel is expected approximately once per quarter.
Responsibilities- Produce construction documents, including details, wall sections, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans
- Develop and contribute to architectural drawings using AutoCAD and tools such as Photoshop and Sketch Up
- Collaborate on project delivery, including assisting with project management and overseeing select project components
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit is highly preferred
- 6-8+ years of experience in architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Experience working on hospitality projects is preferred, but corporate workplace, large retail, or medical/healthcare projects are also transferrable
- Professional licensure is preferred, but candidates actively pursuing licensure or nearing completion of exams are encouraged to apply
- Some managerial skills or experience in project management

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evanston, IL.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
