Morgante Wilson Architects is seeking a talented Senior Designer
- Interior Architecture to join our award-winning residential design studio. This role is ideal for a design-driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in interior architecture, strong technical skills, and a passion for creating exceptional custom homes.
Our work includes high-end residences throughout the Chicago area and second homes across the country, with a strong emphasis on custom millwork, kitchen and bath design, material selection, and detailed construction documentation.
Responsibilities- Lead interior architecture projects from design through construction.
- Develop detailed AutoCAD drawing packages, including custom millwork, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop finish palettes, material selections, and design solutions.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination.
- Conduct site visits and support construction administration.
- Ensure design quality, code compliance, and successful project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in interior architecture or residential design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and detailing.
- Experience with custom millwork, finish selections, and budgeting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills
- Work on exceptional custom residential projects.
- Participate in all phases of design and construction.
- Collaborate with principals and a talented multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
