** Evanston, IL (with oversight across 8 hospitals: Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Skokie, Swedish, Northwest Community, Edward, Elmhurst)
* ** Full Time:
** Full-Time; 40 hours/week
* ** Required Travel:
** Travel across sites as needed
* Eligible for medical license in Illinois
* Board certified in Critical Care
* Maintain 0.4 FTE clinical practice

* Experience:

*** Minimum 10 years clinical critical care experience
* Minimum 5 years administrative leadership experience (Medical Director, Vice Chair, Division Chief, or similar)
* ** Skills & Abilities:
*** Strategic, innovative, and results-oriented leader
* Strong business acumen and financial oversight experience
* Proven ability to lead complex, matrixed organizations
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influence skills

** Graduate of an accredited medical school; MBA or leadership degree preferred
