Position Overview
Location:
Evanston Hospital with occasional rotations to Glenbrook/Highland Park Hospitals.
Full‑time position.
Integrated within a national health system using the Epic electronic medical record.
Salary range: $293,292–$496,530 (determined within this range based on FTE, experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialty, projected volumes, and quality performance measures).
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
- Board certification by the American Board of Pathology.
- Training and experience in a university or large health‑system setting with residency and fellowship programs.
- Expertise in breast, gynecologic, soft tissue, and/or thoracic pathology.
The successful candidate will provide anatomic pathology services for more than 100,000 surgical cases and biopsies annually, including breast, gynecologic, soft tissue, and thoracic pathology, and will collaborate across clinical and molecular pathology services such as next‑generation sequencing and FISH.
