CTD Temporary Summer Supply Coordinator, PreK–Grade 5
The Supply Coordinator supports summer program preparation in spring, provides ongoing support during the summer session, and assists with wrap‑up responsibilities at the Evanston–Northwestern campus and Chicago area sites through mid‑August. This role will also work onsite at the CTD program locations while the Summer Day Camps are in session and help with both the set‑up and move‑out of the three sites.
It is an active role requiring high energy and flexibility.

Salary/Grade: TMP/01
Pay: $19 per hour; between 37.5 and 40 hours per week
Typical day:
- 8.5 hours onsite = 7.5 work hours + 1 hour unpaid lunch break
- Fridays and occasionally other days, the role may need to work an extra half hour to finish a supply run
- Preferred start date: 11 May 2026

- Downers Grove Site:
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, proactive thinking required.
- Effective, professional communication skills required.
- Strength and mobility to lift supply boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Clear driving record and valid Driver’s License.
- Preferred:
Previous office experience, experience in customer service.
- Identify and order supplies needed for each site not already in inventory with special care to shipment timelines and class start dates.
- Organize, label, and stage supplies for each site move.
- Manage supply inventory spreadsheets, including technology hardware.
- Communicate with instructional staff about their classroom supply requests and needs.
- Load and transport supplies from camp sites to sites as needed using CTD vehicle.
- Assist with the organization and packing up of supplies for moves back to campus.
- Organize, inventory, and store supplies at the end of the summer.
- Support CTD Program staff in preparation for staff trainings, copying for sites, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Follow all CTD rules and regulations concerning staff conduct and appropriate dress.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
