  Lead Preschool Teacher
• Pay: $19–$25/hr (based on experience)

Toddler Town is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher. If you love working with young children and creating a nurturing, engaging classroom, we want to hear from you. You will guide activities, support developmental milestones, and foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in preschoolers. We value energy, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children.

• Create a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans
• Support cognitive, physical, and social‑emotional development
• Use play‑based learning to encourage creativity
• Plan arts, music, storytelling, and outdoor activities
• Observe and document children’s progress
• Communicate with parents about milestones
• Collaborate with staff to enhance learning
• Maintain licensing and safety standards
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom

• Passion for early childhood education
• Experience as a preschool or daycare teacher preferred
• Knowledge of standards and requirements of the National Association for the Education of Young Children
• Experience using the curriculum from Teaching Strategies in classroom instruction
• CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Patience, empathy, and creativity
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
