Lead Training Delivery
Overall
Purpose:
Responsible for delivering, supporting, and/or instructing comprehensive training programs aligned with industry best practices.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop Training Programs:
Creating, customizing, and/or maintaining comprehensive training materials, including electronically delivered tools, to support various areas such as leadership development, management development, or change management. - Deliver and Facilitate Training Sessions:
Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars in multiple formats, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals and corporate messages. - Assessing Training Needs:
Collaborating with department managers and employees to identify training needs. Conducting surveys, interviews, and assessments to pinpoint areas for development. - Evaluate and Improve Training Effectiveness:
Collecting and analyzing feedback, conducting pilot sessions, and/or facilitating alternative delivery methods to continually assess and enhance the effectiveness of training programs. Other Duties as assigned:
Supporting processes related to project management, continuous improvement, vendor management, research & development, stakeholder engagement, and/or training support.

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
