Temporary Experiential Education Assistant

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary part-time experiential education assistant for the Evanston campus. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week/onsite/M-F) with a pay of $22.50 per hour. The approximate start date is 7/27/2026 and the approximate end date is 10/9/2026. This temporary role will support day-to-day operations for Medill's domestic and international experiential education programs. The position is responsible for executing logistics of Medill-sponsored off-campus and intensive programs, including individual, funded student travel and a portfolio of short courses that will run in September 2026.

The temp works closely with staff, students and faculty to arrange travel within existing policies and systems. In addition to salary, this temporary position is eligible for paid time off and paid sick time in accordance with Northwestern University policies. This position is not eligible for other benefits offered to regular staff positions.
