** Standards Systems Project Lead
** will manage Standards Technology & Systems project initiatives, to advance the mission of UL Standards & Engagement (ULSE) to make the world safer, more secure, and sustainable. The Standards Systems Project Lead will support execution of medium to large technology and systems projects, managing scope, schedule resources and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational priorities. Leveraging deep expertise in project management methodologies, system implementation, and cross functional coordination, the Standards Systems Project Lead will apply consistent processes and documentation to drive on time, on budget and high-quality outcomes.
The Standards Systems Project Lead will partner with Technology and Systems teams, stakeholders and vendors to support effective change management, communication and adoption of technology solutions. , we expand the boundaries of safety science to create a more secure and sustainable world. ** Standards Systems Project Lead,
** will play a key role in the rapid growth of Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and implementation roadmaps. Adjust plans and resource allocations as needed to meet stakeholder needs and changing requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align expectations, and support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as a primary point of coordination between technology, business teams, and external vendors. experience working at :

** Demonstrated knowledge in project management principles, methodologies, and tools with a strong understanding of systems implementation, integration, and deployment across full project lifecycle. Solid understanding and application of change management and risk mitigation principles.
Experience executing strategy. Able to set direction, interpret, support, and execute organizational strategy while effectively translating objectives into actionable plans and driving successful execution.
Strong project management skills, effectively leading end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Excellent communicator with ability to articulate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders. Proven capability in establishing effective relationships with others, including senior leaders and external stakeholders.
