Credit Collections Manager

Our client, is an exciting and creative organization, looking for a Credit and Collections Manager to lead credit and collections operations while driving performance, process improvements, and strong customer relationships.

• Lead and develop a team of credit and collections professionals.
• Oversee credit reviews, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor aging, credit exposure, and collection performance.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and payment disputes.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Strengthen controls and drive process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive credit and collections experience.
• Experience managing at least eight direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
