Hourly Pay Range

$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Clinician Coordinator

• Full Time: 40 hours per week
• Hours:
  
  8 hour shifts-PM/Night rotation w/ rotating weekends

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting required;
  Prior management experience preferred.

• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
• Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput.
• Would assume direct patient care if necessary.
• Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s).
• Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge.
• Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills.
• Takes lead on clinical performance management.
