Endeavor Health - - Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care;
Assist with vital signs, 12-Lead EKG, bladder ultrasound, Foley catheter and IV adapter removal, sterile specimen collection, bathing, turning, ambulating, and hourly rounding;
Assist with the implementation of a patient-specific care plan;
Participate in activities essential to the functioning of the patient care unit;
Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience
