Process member purchases at the pharmacy cash register and manage related payment procedures;
Maintain the pharmacy area by stocking, rotating, and merchandising, and ensuring clean/organized displays;
Handle claims, returns, and paperwork in accordance with policies and laws;
Assist with prescription fulfillment, including entering prescription data into pharmacy software and processing third-party insurance claims;
Provide member service at the pharmacy drop-off/pickup points and support pharmacists in prescription fulfillment and customer support.
