Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced and dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide compassionate care to clients throughout the Deerfield and North Shore area

• Flexible scheduling with AM, PM, overnight, weekend, and 12-hour shifts available

• Opportunities for ongoing and recurring assignments

• Paid orientation and required training

• Supportive recruitment and scheduling team

• Opportunities to work with clients throughout the North Shore area

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and engagement

• Assist with client routines and safety

• Provide reliable, compassionate care according to the client’s care plan

• 18 years of age or older

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• Experience in home care, CNA/HHA, assisted living, nursing home, DSP, or a similar setting

• Reliable transportation to client assignments

• Ability to provide hands-on personal care

• Strong communication and reliability

• Willingness to work a consistent schedule based on client needs

We are especially interested in caregivers with experience with:

• Dementia/memory care

• Transfers and mobility assistance

• Hoyer lifts and gait belts

• Bathing and personal care

• Overnight or 12-hour shifts

• Hospice or end-of-life care

• Live-in caregiving

• Couples care
