• Oversee the daily operations of our healthcare dietary facilities, including menu planning, food production, and budget management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies and goals
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure efficient operations and cost control
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, residents, staff, and vendors
• Provide training and coaching to dietary staff, including orientation, performance evaluations, and professional development
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience

• Experience in healthcare dietary operations or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, residents, staff, and vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
