ARAMARK is seeking an Inpatient-Outpatient Dietitian to deliver high-quality nutrition care across hospital and clinic settings. In this role, you will assess nutritional status, design individualized care plans, and provide counseling that supports recovery, disease management, and wellness. Partner with physicians, nurses, and food service teams to align menus with clinical needs and regulatory standards. You’ll document in EMR systems, support quality and safety initiatives, and educate patients, families, and staff, contributing to Aramark’s culture of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for inpatient and outpatient populations
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with clinical teams
- Provide 1:1 and group nutrition counseling and education to patients and families
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR per regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and food service staff to align menus with clinical needs
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and support discharge nutrition planning
- Ensure compliance with hospital, Aramark, and regulatory nutrition and food safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives related to clinical nutrition
- Support menu planning, nutrient analysis, and special diet accommodations
- Provide staff training on basic nutrition principles and therapeutic diets as needed
