Hours per Week:
Full time, 40hrs
Schedule Details:

Day shift between 8hr/10hr hour shifts
Weekend Rotation: no weekends unless on call
On-call Requirements:
On call for neuro with 30 min call back time and IR body 45 min call back time
On call:
One weekend(F-Su) and one weekend day as 3rd man
Call recap:taking up to 9 call days a month, with one weekend in a 4-week schedule (fri-sun) and third man varies but included in the 9 days total.
Details:
Must be able to scrub in with IR MDs for IR complex procedures, Thrombectomies, Pulmonary embos, UFE, Y90

Experience

Required:

2+ plus years IR experience, travel experience Neuro experience

License

Required:

IL Lic IEMA license
Certificates

Required:

BLS, ARRT

Pro Link Allied Job  #D-179125. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
