UChicago Medicine is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the Home Infusion Pharmacy in the Abb Vie Cancer Pavilion, Hyde Park/Calumet City, IL. You will be responsible for safe, effective medication therapy and collaboration with providers, patients, and insurers to support cancer care infusion both at home and at infusion sites.
The role supervises pharmacy technicians, adheres to JCAHO/ASHP standards, and participates in staff development.
