This role is a hands‑on entry point into high‑end recruiting, where you’ll support searches for family offices, multi‑family offices (MFOs), RIAs, and private wealth management firms — with additional exposure to private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and hedge funds
.
You’ll work directly with senior headhunters, learn how executive searches are run end‑to‑end, and build the skills needed to grow into a full executive recruiter. This is not a transactional recruiting job — it’s a long‑term career path.

You’ll:- Learn directly from experienced executive recruiters
- Gain exposure to high‑net‑worth and investment‑focused clients
- Develop sourcing, research, and candidate engagement skills used at the highest levels of recruiting
- Follow a clear, defined path into executive search and increased earnings
- Source high‑caliber talent using Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and creative outreach
- Engage candidates through personalized messaging, follow‑ups, and relationship‑building
- Support active searches across family office, MFO, RIA, and private wealth management clients
- Build and manage pipelines in our ATS/CRM to keep searches moving
- Research markets and map talent pools across financial services sectors
- Partner closely with mentors to refine your sourcing strategy and recruiting judgment
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Curiosity, persistence, and comfort with outbound outreach
- Competitive mindset with a desire to grow and earn more over time
- Interest in recruiting, executive search, or financial services
- Prior experience in recruiting, sales, research, or client‑facing roles is a plus — but not required
