We're expanding our advisor recruiting division and hiring experienced recruiters who want to build a high-earning desk in wealth management.
What This Desk IsThis role focuses exclusively on recruiting experienced financial advisors and advisory teams. You'll identify advisors managing portable AUM, understand their platform economics, and guide them through transition conversations with RIAs and independent firms. It's precision recruiting — long-cycle, consultative, and high-value per placement. This is a full-desk opportunity: in addition to recruiting advisors, you can develop client relationships, originate searches, and fill the roles you bring in.
WhatYou'll Do
- Source and engage financial advisors via Linked In Recruiter, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Identify advisors and advisory teams with portable books of business
- Run in-depth qualification calls to understand AUM, production levels, payout structures, and advisor portability
- Develop client relationships with RIAs, independent platforms, family offices, and private wealth firms
- Originate searches and fill the roles you bring in
- Build long-term advisor relationships that generate repeat business
- Partner with wealth management platforms to match advisors to the right opportunities
- Manage pipeline activity in Bear Claw (ATS/CRM)
- Own searches from first outreach through affiliation or placement
- Grow your desk through production, client development, and completed placements
- 5+ years of agency recruiting experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management, executive search, or another high-touch professional recruiting vertical
- Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates with Linked In Recruiter
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing long sales cycles and consultative recruiting processes
- Track record of meeting or exceeding production, sales, or recruiting goals
- Comfort owning a desk, managing pipeline activity and being accountable to production
We'll teach the rest, but familiarity with any of the following is a plus;
- AUM and advisor portability
- Independent vs. wirehouse models
- RIA, wealth management, or financial services recruiting
- Executive search or retained search experience
- Business development or client origination experience
- Experienced agency recruiters who want more ownership and upside

Advisor recruiting isn't transactional staffing. You're working with producing advisors, advisory teams, and high-net-worth-facing professionals — which means higher revenue per placement, deeper relationships, and long-term repeat business. You'll build real expertise in the RIA and wealth advisory ecosystem, one of the fastest-growing segments in financial services. This role is built for recruiters who want to maximize earnings by building a desk, developing relationships, originating searches, and closing placements.
Benefits- Base salary: $90,000–$110,000, depending on experience
