Were looking for an enthusiastic, people-first Human Resources & Recruiting Manager who is ready to take ownership of the entire employee journey from attracting top talent to creating outstanding employee experience that drives retention, growth, and success.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting using modern sourcing strategies and tools
• Guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding
• Coordinate interviews and create a seamless, positive hiring experience
• Build and improve onboarding workflows and employee processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and make strong hiring decisions
• Support retention through engagement initiatives and follow-ups
• Proactively identify and help resolve employee-related challenges
• Track recruiting performance, tools, and spend

• Detail-oriented and accuracy-drivenyou catch what others miss
• Highly organized you bring structure and clarity to complex work
• Experience in recruiting, HR operations, or people coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Workday, People Soft, etc.) is a plus

• Salary up to $86,000
