Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Network and Systems Support Analyst ready to take us to the next level. If you have experience in Windows server administration, desktop/network/hardware and software support, and customer service, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.
What You’ll Do- Design, configure, test, and maintain computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems software, in addition to other office equipment (peripherals such as copiers, printers, telephony, postage machines, letter folders, scanners, etc.).
- Implement operating system and technology application installs and upgrades.
- Maintain logs related to network functions and maintenance and repair records.
- Perform data backups and restores, including disaster recovery operations.
- Perform software deployments to Windows-based applications for new features and bug fixes.
- Coordinate and plan hardware installations and upgrades to network equipment and servers.
- Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain related internal controls.
- Coordinate, plan, negotiate, and execute necessary purchases and repairs with vendors/contractors and corporate personnel.
- Be on call 24x7 to address any critical IT needs that arise.
- Perform various other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience with Windows server administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in desktop/network/hardware and software support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of executives, managers, staff, and vendors/contractors in a detail-oriented professional environment with high standards.
- Proven ability to interact in a positive and collaborative working environment with corporate, business, vendor/contractor, and technical resources.
- Experience with customer relations and service including needs assessment, engagement, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn from other team members and grow through experience.
- Experience with Windows server administration (MMC, Server Manager, WMI, Power Shell, and Services).
- Experience with server virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V).
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 users.
- Ability to work independently and with groups, with limited supervision.
- Ability to maintain Microsoft applications on desktops and servers.
- Ability to maintain Office 365 and MS Office products (Outlook).
- Ability to deploy and support application installations.
- Knowledge of software licensing, maintenance, and hardware warranties.
- Good practical knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
- Knowledge of firewall configurations, antivirus software, and internet security.
- Knowledge of Active Directory domain and trusts.
- Knowledge of DNS and networking protocols.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA and other standards.
- Sedentary work with occasional movements around the office for meetings.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

$60-$65 per hour. The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
