What You'll Do:

• Develop and enforce company-wide safety programs

• Conduct site inspections, training, and incident investigations

• Mentor field and office teams on safety best practices

• Track and maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation

• Ensure proper use and distribution of PPE

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of safety leadership experience in construction

• OSHA 30 (OSHA 500/510 preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
