A rapidly growing Fast Casual restaurant group based on the north side of Chicago is seeking a Chief Operating Officer / Managing Director to help lead and scale an emerging multi-unit concept with expansion plans already underway.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operator to step into a highly visible leadership role where you will directly influence operations, culture, systems, profitability, and future growth.

Ideal Background:- Fast Casual restaurant operations experience required
- Multi‑unit leadership experience
- Experience scaling growing restaurant concepts
- Strong P&L and financial management skills
- Proven ability to develop leaders and strong teams
- Experience implementing systems, processes, and operational structure
- New store opening experience strongly preferred
