The Interim Superintendent of Schools serves as the chief executive officer of the district, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and administrative direction to ensure the successful implementation of the Board of Education's vision, goals, and policies. The role is responsible for managing district-wide educational programs, financial resources, personnel, and organizational operations while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Interim Superintendent collaborates with district leaders, staff, families, community organizations, and the Board of Education to support student achievement, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, budget development, labor relations, personnel management, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement while serving as the district's primary spokesperson and representative within the community.

The position also provides leadership in addressing complex educational, operational, and organizational challenges, ensuring that district resources, programs, and services effectively support the success and well-being of all students.
