As Director, Mass Torts at Stout, you lead complex engagements in disputes, claims and investigations with a focus on mass torts. You deliver high-quality economic damages analyses and related data work while strengthening client relationships and driving practice growth. You'll mentor teams, refine delivery processes, and lead business development and client-facing communications. This role combines expert technical work with strategic leadership to advance Stout's Relentless Excellence in client service and outcomes.

- Oversee key client engagements, including economic damages calculations and mass tort analyses
- Manage client relationships and engagement management across multiple matters
- Prepare and review reports, exhibits, and client deliverables
- Lead business development to expand existing relationships and cultivate new clients
- Deliver marketing and technical presentations to clients and industry audiences
- Develop internal systems to improve delivery, staff development, and efficiency
- Pursue ongoing professional advancement through training and designations
- 10+ years of consulting experience in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- Experience at a professional services firm preferred
- 4-year degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Professional designations welcome (CPA, CFA, ASA, CMA, CIRA, CTP, CFE)
- Experience and expertise in mass tort claims required; insurance analysis experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze financial statements, claims data, and other financial documents
- Strong leadership, client-management, communication, and critical-thinking skills
