- LPN license in the state of employment
- Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
- At least two years of LPN experience
- Must possess WCC certification
- Current driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 20% of your day to patient locations
- Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self‑management skills to control time and schedule
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
