Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Illinois or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an EP Lab RN
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in EP monitoring, scrubbing and circulating for cardiac procedures
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional EP lab procedures
• Circulate and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and allied staff
• Adhere to evidence-based protocols and maintain a focus on patient safety
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts
