- Oversee daily unit operations and step in as acting leader when the Director or Manager is away.
- Develop and implement departmental plans, including performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Lead orientation and training for new staff, fostering a positive and skilled team environment.
- Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and administration.
- Monitor patient care and guide staff in real-time adjustments to ensure quality outcomes.
Provide direct patient care when needed, within your scope of practice.

- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- RN-C within 2 years of hire preferred.
- PALS within 30 days of hire for units that admit pediatric patients.
Reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $36.75 to $55.70. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire.
