Magnet Program Coordinator- Nursing Administration

Responsibilities

Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation. Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program requirements.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, detail oriented, and exceptionally organized.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with professional work ethics.
