Position:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Hourly Pay Range: $122.60–$162.41 per hour, determined by candidate experience and other factors.

Location:

Endeavor Health – Department of Anesthesiology, multiple North Shore Pavilions including Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Skokie, and Swedish Hospitals.

Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; some off‑shifts may be required.

Limited travel between North Shore Pavilions.

• Advanced Practicing Nurse License in the state of Illinois.
• Graduate of an approved School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• Certified or board‑eligible CRNA.
• Maintains re‑certification every two years.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider and ACLS required.
• PALS certification recommended.

• Perform clinical assignments under the direction of the chief of the Department of Anesthesiology and designated attending anesthesiologist.
• Deliver patient care for all ages, neonates through geriatrics, including neuro, cardiac, general surgery, thoracic, urology, plastics, ortho, OB, orthopaedics, and multiple off‑site locations (IR, Cath Lab, GI, MRI).
• Provide regional anesthesia including spinal and peripheral nerve blocks.
• Serve as a member of the heart team for specialty cardiac procedures (CABG, TAVR, ECMO, LVADs).
• Function as clinical instructor for SRNAs.
• Maintain an unlimited scope of practice at Endeavor Health.
