Employment TypeFull Time
Hours & TravelDays with rotating hours. Ability to travel to other sites as needed.
Qualifications- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or a Healthcare related discipline preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred.
- Ability to manage relationships, patient outcomes, communication, and conflict effectively.
- Hold 24/7 accountability and responsibility for professional nursing practice, professional development, performance improvement initiatives, daily operations, and fiscal management for the assigned clinical unit.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance bodies.
- Create a therapeutic departmental environment that promotes engagement with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
- Establish constructive partnerships with peers to promote loyalty for patients, families, nursing, physicians, and employees.
- Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
- Lead unit and department quality initiatives using research and evidence‑based practice.
- Promote development of critical thinking skills of all unit personnel through appreciative inquiry.
- Create and maintain a supportive, resilient, and healthy work environment.
- Advance practice through development of innovations and change principles.
