• 12-hour day shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Orientation: 24–32 hours (16 non-billable)
• Holiday coverage as needed

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent stroke/neuro experience (3 years preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (current proof needed at submission)
• Ability to pass an EKG test
• Adaptability—first to float to similar units as needed

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients, with a focus on stroke and neuro cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Accurately monitor, document, and respond to patient needs
• Demonstrate flexibility by floating to like units when census demands
• Maintain exceptional standards of safety and compliance
