Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in Telemetry is responsible for monitoring and treating patients in a specialized telemetry unit. The nurse provides high-quality patient care, accurately interpreting heart rhythms and responding to emergencies.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret patient's heart rhythms.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by a physician.
- Coordinate with the care team to assess, plan, and implement patient interventions.
Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience; 3 years preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Must pass an EKG test.
- Floating to like units as needed.
