• Provide medication management and therapeutic care to patients across the lifespan.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver comprehensive, evidence‑based treatment.
• Utilize digital technology and telemedicine tools as part of patient care.

• Licensed in Illinois as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) and holding an active DEA.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with medication management.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Full Practice Authority License for Illinois is highly preferred but not required.

• Open to full‑time or part‑time in‑person work.
