Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) help improve the quality of life for older adults in Covenant Living’s assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care communities.

Positions are available in assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.

• Report directly to the nurse manager and may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff.
• Provide direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assist residents with basic personal care such as bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toilet activities, grooming, feeding, transportation/transfer, etc.
• Maintain resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner by providing light housekeeping, changing linen, making beds, tidying bedside tables, shelves, closets, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Assist with resident laundry ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away.
• Notify supervisor of clothing needs as they occur.
• Prepare residents for meals, assist with serving meals and feeding of residents.
• May be cross‑trained in Assisted Living.

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Pay Range: $19.13 – $25.43 per hour.

Reasonable Pay Estimate: A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $19.13 – $25.43 per hour. The actual offered rate is based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, location, and equity considerations.
