Position Highlights
Hourly Pay Range: $122.60 – $162.41. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Full Time/Part Time:
Full‑Time (average of 40 hours/week)
Hours:
Monday through Friday between 7:00a.m. and 5:00p.m.; some off‑shifts may be required.
Required Travel:
Limited travel between North Shore Pavilions, including Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Skokie, and Swedish Hospitals.
The CRNAs at Endeavor Health function in a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) under the direction of the Department Chief and attending anesthesiologists.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing clinical assignments across all patient ages, from neonates to geriatrics.
- Providing anesthesia care in diverse specialties such as Neuro, Cardiac, General Surgery, Thoracic, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedic, OB, Ophthalmology, and at multiple off‑site locations including IR, Cath Lab, GI, and MRI.
- Serving on the heart team for cardiac procedures such as CABG, TAVR, ECMO, and LVADs.
- Functioning as a clinical instructor for SRNAs.
- Performing regional anesthesia including spinal blocks and peripheral nerve blocks.
- Delivering care with an unlimited scope of practice as authorized at Endeavor Health.
- License:
Advanced Practicing Nurse License in the state of Illinois. - Education:
Graduate of an approved School of Nurse Anesthesia, certified or board eligible for CRNA certification. - Re‑certification:
Maintains re‑certification every two years. - Certifications:
BLS and ACLS required; PALS recommended. - Experience:
