A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered and the DON will oversee staffing, policy implementation, and quality assurance.
The DON will coordinate with the Administrator and Medical Director, supervise nursing staff, monitor QA/QM metrics, and participate in discharge planning and regulatory surveys.
