Landscape Maintenance Laborer

Nature's Perspective Landscaping, Inc., based in Evanston, Illinois, has been a trusted leader in landscape design, installation, and maintenance since 1979. We are seeking a dependable Landscape Maintenance Laborer / Crew Member to join our Maintenance division. In this hands‑on, outdoor role, you will work with a crew to maintain beautiful residential and commercial landscapes throughout Evanston, Chicago, and the North Shore.

This is a seasonal, in‑person position with work scheduled Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays during peak season. Join a company that values its employees and has a strong reputation for quality and service in the community.

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, watering, and property cleanup
• Safely operate landscape tools and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, vehicles, and job sites
• Follow instructions and contribute to the crew’s quality, safety, and productivity goals
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high‑quality service to clients

• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or outdoor labor preferred
• Interest in plants and horticulture; plant knowledge is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation required; valid driver’s license preferred but not required
• Strong English communication skills;
  Spanish language skills are a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States

$19.00 – $23.00 per hour
, based on experience. Overtime pay available.
