Job Title
Jr. Validation Engineer / QA Analyst / Jr. QA Tester / Business Analyst / BA
SalaryCompetitive base salary of $55,000 - $58,000 per year, with periodic reviews every six months.
Location & RelocationLocation:
VA. Relocation to any U.S. location is required. Mandatory 4-week in-person training in Reston, VA.

- BS or MS in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, BBA, MBA, Engineering, or related field.
- Recent college graduate with no or few years of experience preferred.
- Computer literate, familiar with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic database applications.
- Ambitious, strong work ethic, willingness to learn.
- Fast learner with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Positive, winning attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels and manage technical dependencies, timelines, and risks.
